We do NOT collect documents from every applicant. Only shortlisted candidates, after interview & screening, are asked to submit documents.

CV Screening

Every application we receive is reviewed against the job's actual requirements — skills, age, experience, language ability, and physical fitness. No CV is forwarded to employers without being checked first.

Interview

Shortlisted candidates attend an interview with our team in Nepal — and where required, directly with the foreign employer (in person, video call, or phone).

Skill & Document Verification

Only candidates who pass the interview are asked for documents. We verify skill certificates, passport details, medical reports, and police clearance with the issuing authorities. We never collect originals from unselected applicants.

Final Selection & Visa Processing

Verified candidates are submitted to the employer for final selection. Once approved, we file the work permit and visa application, prepare the contract, and follow up until approval.

Deployment

Flight booking, pre-departure orientation, and on-arrival support. Our partner team in the destination country welcomes you and helps you settle into your new role.
